Mag Phos is found in the skin, muscles, bones, and teeth. This "cramps and pains" salt is helpful in relieving muscle pains and cramps, menstrual pain and cramps, dry cough (spasmodic cough), hiccups, colic, and muscle stiffness.

Directions:
Adults and children 12 years and older: Four tablets every thirty minutes for six doses followed by four tablets every 4-6 hours as needed.
Children 2 years to under 12 years: Four tablets every thirty minutes for six doses followed by two tablets every 4-6 hours as needed.
Children under 2 years: Consult doctor prior to use.
