Silicea is found in the hair, nail, skin, muscles, and connective tissue. This "hair, nail and skin" salt helps maintain firmness of hair and nails and for pimples, boils, and excessive perspiration. Silicea can aid in enhancing skin elasticity.

Directions:
Adults and children 12 years and older: Four tablets every thirty minutes for six doses followed by four tablets every 4-6 hours as needed.
Children 2 years to under 12 years: Four tablets every thirty minutes for six doses followed by two tablets every 4-6 hours as needed.
Children under 2 years: Consult doctor prior to use.
